NEW IMPROVEMENT IN LATIN/AMERICAN RELATIONS

Hot Peruvian beauty GIOVANNA GARCIA has announced her engagement to San Francisco film Producer BILLY CLARK, seen here as they attended a function for the recent 2004 San Francisco International Film Fest.

30 year old Giovanna, a native of Lima but raised in the USA, is a top Make-Up Artist specializing in celebrities ranging from Miss Universe to stars of film, music and television, and is currently considering offers to front a series of high-end beauty salons in Europe. Billy, whose company Charter International Pictures has offices in both New York and London, is the Producer of the upcoming feature film REACTION, starring England's latest heartthrob export LUKE GOSS.

Though based primarily in San Francisco , the couple also have a home in the Desert Shores section of Las Vegas, Nevada. The wedding is tentatively set for this upcoming December.
