Catherine Alfonso, DDS signed a 10-year lease for 2,280 square feet for a new dental office a total consideration of approximately $637,000 at Granada Village, located at 18121 Chatsworth in Granada Hills. The tenant, which represented itself, is anticipated to open by the end of April 2005. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles, along with Kirnan Commercial of Woodland Hills, represented the landlord, First Washington of Maryland, in the lease transaction.

Lancaster

Family Fashion signed a 5-year lease for 6,388 square feet for a total consideration of $406,277 at Lancaster Plaza, located at Avenue J and Challenger Way in Lancaster.
