ABOUT CELEBRITY SKIN:

Ripped from the headlines by entertainment insider and author Liane Bonin, this is her debut novel and the first book in a series revolving around a teenage girl caught between the values of her traditional Korean-American family and that of her celebrity best friend Taylor’s hard-partying lifestyle. Bonin carefully examines the real life traumas that plague today's young stars: the non-stop parties and high risk, drug-and-sex soaked lifestyles; the tricky politics of Hollywood players; what really goes on in those rumored behind-the-scenes catfights; and the unexpected isolation and paranoia that comes with superstardom. Bonin has written numerous articles which have appeared in Entertainment Weekly, People, Maxim, Teen People, The Los Angeles Times, Mademoiselle, Daily Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, Teen, and other publications. More information on the series is available at http://myspace.com/lianebonin.
