WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED & CONSTRUCTION STARTED FOR LIMA RIDGE PROFESSIONAL CENTER

Denver, Colorado - Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Denver office is proud to announce that design is completed and construction has begun for Lima Ridge Professional Center, a project developed by Glenborough, LLC. The professional center is located at 6924 South Lima Street, on the northeast corner of Lima Street and Easter Avenue in Denver, Colorado.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural, design and site development services for this new commercial development, which includes twelve single-story office and retail buildings for sale, ranging from 10,600 square feet to 16,000 square feet. The buildings total approximately 160,000 square feet on 18.5 acres. Construction is estimated to be completed by December
