Venus Lee will be appearing for a book signing at the Shrine of the Black Madonna: Cultural Center and Bookstore in Detroit, Michigan

Venus Lee is the author of Hopefully Ever After, In Search of Healing and her new release is scheduled to come out in late August 2007, Life and Death an Assassin Story. She is excited about signing her copy of Hopefully Ever After, In Search of Healing. She can't wait to meet the kind people of Detroit at the book signing.

This will be her first time in Detroit, Michigan and she is excited about her visit. Until now her only connection to Detroit has been through marriage, in which she has relatives residing in the fascinating land of opportunities - Detroit. Venus Lee is also known as Dr. Venus Lee the founder of Team Outreach Homeward Bound, Inc. and the game board designer of Purity for Pulitzer Newsletter Game.

As the founder of Team Outreach Homeward Bound, Inc. she along with the outreach team is responsible for doing all that can be done in order to keep runaways off the streets and providing resources and information to those that have already felt the need to run. Their outreach efforts are to assist runaway youth, abused children, and homeless street youth in shelter, case management, advocacy, phone intake, sports and administrative support, to provide for youth in need of food, clothing, direction through leadership, counseling support and medical information.

Her Purity for Pulitzer Newsletter Game was designed as a study guide for teens and young adults in the form of a game. She created this game because she was looking for a way to study purity without boring teenagers and young adults.

She has the honor of meeting some new exciting people at the Shrine of the Black Madonna: Cultural Center and Bookstore located at 13535 Livernois Avenue, Detroit, Michigan 48238 on May 26, 2007 from 12 p.m. - 2 p.m.
