WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION COMPLETE FOR THALES AVIONICS, INC.

Irvine, California - Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s corporate office in Irvine, California, is proud to announce that design and construction are completed for the renovation of Thales Avionics, Inc.’s office located at 9975 Toledo in Irvine, California.

Ware Malcomb provided interior design services for the renovation of an existing building totaling 65,000 square feet. The space included office, warehouse space with high pile storage and lab areas. Ware Malcomb had previously provided planning and interior design services for their office expansion located at 58 Discovery in Irvine, California.

Turelk, Inc., of Long Beach, California, served as general contractor for the project.
