China Finance Centre and iTuneIn.com To Establish Broadband Business Channels in China

New York, NY : CHINA FINANCE CENTRE, the New York based multimedia center dedicated to expanding business ties between China and the United States, has announced an agreement with iTuneIn.com, an online resource for digital media content and products, to create broadband channels providing programming of immediate interest to the Chinese and American business sectors.

A key element of the programming will include CFC’s continuing series of conferences on China – US business. Under this new arrangement, corporate presentations made at CFC Conferences in New York will be distributed via iTuneIn.com’s unique, high quality transmission facilities to reach the 60 million+ broadband subscribers in China. The remaining 50 million dial-up users will also be able to view simplified versions of the Channels.

In announcing the new US-China broadband channels, CFC President William J. Hallenbeck noted, “Government surveys show that over 120 million Chinese have an immediate interest in learning about business in America, and the high quality broadband transmission developed by iTuneIn.com is the perfect way to reach this vast audience with our specialized programming.” According to the latest figures, China is leading the world in installing broadband facilities. Subscribers are currently growing at an unprecedented 79 per cent annually, and are projected to reach 79 million in 2007.”
