Six Independent Dealers Join the Nation's Best as Certified Master Dealers

April 19, 2007 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
Arlington, TX — The desire to be among the best is evident within NIADA's recently designated Certified Master Dealers®. Six independent dealers from across the country completed the intense four-day course held in Arlington, Texas last month. The National Independent Automobile Dealers Association only extends the opportunity to participate in this program to dealers who meet high standards in finance, inventory, stability, and business practices. Five of the six dealers are the first from their respective cities to earn this prestigious achievement, making them a part of an elite group of independent dealers throughout the country.

Certified Master Dealer is a program offered only by NIADA. NIADA represents quality independent automobile dealers and equips them with the skills to become more successful. The CMD course teaches dealers how to effectively acquire and manage inventory, improve profitability by understanding expense control, reduce advertising while increasing sales, and provide superior customer service through a responsive sales staff. The courses are developed and presented by Northwood University staff and faculty members. The next CMD course will be held June 12-15, during the NIADA convention in Nashville, Tennessee.
