Daniel Imperato to Appear at Candlelight Vigil Hosted By Florida Atlantic University Student Government

Boca Raton, FL – April 20, 2007 – Today, 2008 Presidential Candidate Daniel Imperato announced that he will be attending the candlelight vigil in remembrance of the victims of the recent Virginia Tech student shootings.
The event is being hosted by Florida Atlantic University Student Government and is part of a nationwide show of support by colleges and universities for their fellow students at Virginia Tech.
The ceremony will begin at 8 p.m. at the Boca Raton Campus of Florida Atlantic University in Heritage Park located on the south side of the campus.
Leading the ceremony will be Student Body President Austin Shaw, who will deliver opening remarks on behalf of the Student Body.
Also speaking at the event will be FAU Political Science Professor, Dr. Robert Watson.
Other invited speakers at the event include, former Florida Lieutenant Governor and current FAU University President, Frank Brogan, and Dean of Students, Leslie Bates.
