Blogger Builds Tool to Help Readers Uncover Huge Discounts at Amazon.com

Readers of www.AndrewSeltz.com are saving up to 90% on purchases they make at Amazon.com simply by using the Discount Finder tool created by blogger Andrew Seltz "I got the idea from a techie blog and just made and easy tool that anyone can use to save big money at Amazon," says blogger Andrew Seltz.

Amazon.com is an amazing online shopping resource. Their everyday prices are as impressive as their selection. But there is one flaw in the system - you can not search for products by discount. There is no remainder bin for bargain hunters to browse through and find those secret bargains. There is no 'search by discount' feature.

After reading about a technique for cutting and pasting together special sequences of text to create links to Amazon.com discounts, blogger Andrew Seltz set about building a simplified tool that would allow non-technical web users to take advantage of this discount hunting strategy. "I guess I'm sort of a digital Robinhood."

The deal finder tool became so popular that Andrew integrated it into the template for his website. A version of the Deal Finder Tool now appears on every page of his blog.

Since the Deal Finder Tool first became available in January of 2007, more than 700 visitors have used it to uncover bargains on the Amazon.com website.

Andrew is considering a few improvements to the Deal Finder tool but says, "visitors to my blog seem to like it just the way it is. If they're happy, I'm happy."
