Paul Edwards honored with Prudential Real Estate Chairman's Circle Diamond Award

HOUSTON, TX. -Capitalizing on a healthy business climate and a high quality of life in The Woodlands area, Paul Edwards can count 2006 as the most successful of his real estate career. Edwards, who works out of Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors' Portofino office, has received the Chairman's Circle Diamond Award, a national honor given by Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. that ranks Edwards in the top one percent of sales professionals in the Prudential Real Estate network.

Marilyn Eiland and Mark Woodroof, partners with Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors, presented the award to Edwards on March 9, 2007, during the company's award ceremonies at the Marriott Westchase in Houston. Edwards received additional recognition for his Chairman's Circle Diamond Award at the 2007 sales convention in San Diego, California on March 20.

Edwards has been among the company's top producers since he started his real estate career with Prudential Gary Greene in 2003. In 2004, he was one of his office's top sellers, earning him the President's Circle award. In 2005, Prudential awarded him the Chairman's Circle Gold achievement. Among his other accolades, Edwards' 2006 production placed him on the Houston Business Journal's Top 25 List of Real Estate Individuals ranked by gross dollar volume in sales and by number of closed transactions.

"The influx of people coming into The Woodlands and Montgomery County has been a contributing factor," said Edwards. "We create more jobs in Texas than any other state, and people go where the jobs are. Texas is a very friendly business environment."

Edwards knows that doing business with those eager to come to Texas to start a new life is a round-the-clock job, one that he approaches with enthusiasm.
