NYU Marketing Professor Bing Jing to Join Cheung Kong GSB Faculty

Beijing, April 24, 2007 - Dr. Bing Jing, Assistant Professor of Information Systems at the New York University Stern School of Business, will join the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business as Assistant Professor of Marketing on July 1, 2007.

Dr. Bing received his Ph.D. from the University of Rochester in 2001, and joined the Stern faculty that same year. Prof. Bing has served as an associate editor at the International Journal of Technology Marketing since October 2004 and is one of the founding members of AIS SIG IS-AP (Association of Information Systems Special Interest Groups: IS in Asia-Pacific).

Professor Bing Jing's research interests cover the economics of information, electronic commerce, price dispersion, and product differentiation.
