The new company, Terralink Systems, Inc. (TSI), incorporated in the State of Maine is owned and financed by two entrepreneurs with over 50 years of combined experience in the hazardous waste industry. David Cowie and Bruce Irving are also both co-owners of ENPRO Services, Inc., (ENPRO). Incorporated in 1983 ENPRO is a turnkey environmental service contractor with over 90 employees and an annual turnover of approximately $15,000,000. Some of the service lines ENPRO offers in the New England area include hazardous waste transportation and a RCRA Part B hazardous waste transfer, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF). Through these particular service lines Mr. Cowie and Mr. Irving came to value the importance of the robust, reliable and leading edge software programs developed by Terralink Software Systems, Inc.

The new company’s sound financial backing and stability has already benefited customers via a significant upgrade in hardware, new releases of software, enhanced customer service, and a commitment for long term relationships. During the transition process TSI has provided interim support for users of Terralink Data eXchange (TDX). As part of our ongoing commitment to TDX users, TSI has offered up to a six month credit for unfulfilled services paid to the original company, and is now actively signing new service agreements with TDX users.

TSI is located in Portland, ME. For more information on TSI visit their Web site at www.Terralink.com or call (207) 772-6500. For more information on ENPRO Services, Inc. visit www.HazardousWaste.com.
