On Wednesday, May 2007, Anointed Pages Magazine released the collectors edition profiling "The Life & Legacy of Bishop Gilbert E. Patterson".

In March of 2007, Bishop Patterson, the presiding Bishop of the Church of God in Christ, the nation's largest African-American Pentecostal denomination, passed away at the age of 67 in Memphis, TN. He was elected in 2000 to lead a denomination of more than 6 million members. Bishop Patterson's own congregation, Temple of Deliverance in Memphis, TN, was found in 1975 and has more than 6,000 active members.

Anointed Pages Magazine launched in March of 2007 and has grown excessively by leaps and bounds. Initially, the publication was going to be local eventually covering the Midwest. But God had other intentions. IMMEDIATELY Anointed Pages became a NATIONWIDE publication reaching the lives of thousands. Our circulation has quickly rose to 20,000 and the second issue hasn't been released yet. GLORY TO GOD!

Our prayer is that every page will be Anointed by God to heal, strengthen, inform and equip a life changing experience to our readers from all walks of life.
