Northshore Process Service names David A. King vice president of Purchasing

CHICAGO, Ill., May 8, 2007 - Northshore Process Service today named David A. King vice president of purchasing. King replaces Jason Baxter, 56, who has left the company to pursue other pportunities. King, 49, joined NPS in 2000 as general manager of Midwest Region. He was promoted to a divisional vice president in 2004 and most recently oversaw the purchasing department's asset search division. He has more than 30 years of investigative experience, including operations and senior positions with Accurint Technology, Asset Management & Recovery Services and Blackwater Process Serving. King attended PI Institute in Sydney Australia. From the very beginning of his career at NPS, Dave has proved to be a strong developer of staff members and has fostered strong relationships with people across all divisions of the company as well as with our outside vendors, said Roland Hoevel, NPS President.
