Aging with Grace Appoints Medical Director

A leading provider of geriatric case management services, Aging with Grace announced that Dr. Brian Carnavil has joined the organization as Medical Director. Aging with Grace founded by Patricia Grace, Geriatric Care Specialist and Philadelphia native, provides assistance to seniors and their families through assessment, recommendation, referral, placement, and advocacy. The addition of Dr. Carnavil complements these services by providing objective medical assessment and oversight.

Dr. Carnavil graduated Cum Laude in premed at Ursinus College and finished third in his Medical School class at the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in 1985. He was named Intern of the Year at Abington Memorial Hospital, and in 1989, he was named Chief Resident. After graduation, Dr. Carnavil joined Montgomery County Medical Associates. In 2004, he started his own practice offering house calls to his elderly patients, a testament to his commitment to quality and compassionate care.
