Dial-a-Phone consolidates affiliate marketing with buy.at

Dial-a-Phone is consolidating all of its affiliate marketing activity onto the buy.at network in order to streamline account management and tap into buy.at’s mobile sector expertise. buy.at, the UK’s largest independent affiliate network, will work with the key mobile telephone affiliates to increase orders of mobile phone deals on dialaphone.co.uk, the UK's No 1 specialist direct supplier of mobile phones.

The activity will focus on email affiliates, mobile comparison specialists and directory listings. buy.at’s tracking solutions will ensure that the affiliate activity is measured across the network and attributed to the correct affiliate through buy.at’s recently re-launched management area.

Dial-a-Phone works with Orange, T-Mobile, 02, 3 and Virgin Mobile as well as all the major phone manufacturers and is the UK’s number one direct supplier of contract mobile phones. The consolidation coincides with a new site design and build for Dial-a-Phone. Launching today, www.dialaphone.co.uk features improved navigation and a wider choice of offers which consumers can tailor to suit their specific requirements. Many of the deals include free gifts such as an iPod or Nintendo Wii.

Julian Hearn, Head of Online at Dial-a-Phone explains, ‘We have tested and reviewed our affiliate network activity and selected buy.at because of their expertise in the telecoms sector and the usability of their management area, which provides excellent analytics on campaign activity. We expect their leading technology, relationships with affiliates and proactive approach will deliver increased sales for Dial-a-Phone.’

Kevin Cornils, CEO of buy.at explains, ‘Dial-a-Phone has a good understanding of affiliate marketing. We will increase the dialogue between the key affiliates and Dial-a-Phone to inform them about offers and special deals available on the site. We have also negotiated an increased commission of £60 for affiliates and technical innovations, such as accurate tracking and product feeds, will support affiliates in driving more sales for Dial-a-Phone.’

The migration onto buy.at will be complete by 4th July and will be supported by buy.at’s new management area which produces graphical reports on activity in real time. Architected to be flexible and extensible it offers customisable reports enabling advertisers to analyse and compare channels more easily. The data is visually represented to show trends and highlight opportunities for growth, and web services are integrated so that key account information can be accessed directly from the desktop. The design incorporated feedback from buy.at’s partners, includes intuitive navigation and contextual help, and meets accessibility and usability guidelines.
