Landquest Names Assistant Vice President

RALEIGH, N.C. – Jeffrey Milligan, senior vice president of Landquest, a residential development firm specializing in the acquisition, design, permitting and construction of communities on the East Coast, has announced that Troy DeHaven has been promoted to the position of assistant vice president. In this position, he will manage the firm’s community planning department and will be responsible for land acquisition and permitting of all projects. DeHaven brings more than 10 years of industry experience to Landquest. Prior to joining the firm, DeHaven served as a project executive for KSI Services, Inc., a real estate development firm based in Vienna, Va. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Radford University in Radford, Va., a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, and a post-baccalaureate certificate in real estate and urban land development from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
