New Book Helps People Relieve Tight Shoulders with Yoga

Health experts predict that most adults living in the United States will have some sort of shoulder problem by the time they are 65 years old. In 2003, over 13.7 million people visited a doctor for shoulder problems. Shoulder issues stem from a number of factors including career choice, stress/emotions, injuries, genetics, posture and joint diseases.
