ABOUT MOTION GOLF
Motion Golf (www.motiongolf.com) brings the most advanced 3-dimensional real-time immersive golf teaching system to today’s avid golfers. This system generates unparalleled 3D visualization that dramatically changes the way golfers can analyze, understand and learn. The centerpiece is the Motion Golf Analysis (MGA) System. This system uses six high speed cameras to capture your swing and/or putting stroke, and renders a 3-dimensional computer image in virtual real-time. This is the same multi-million dollar technology that, before now, was only available to top PGA and LPGA Golf Professionals. The premise of the system was to use it for club fitting for Taylor Made Golf Company. The research engineers, spearheaded by a Professor at Auburn University, also create other motion sports analysis systems that have recently been purchased for training purposes by the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox baseball organizations. In addition, the engineering Company, known as “Motion Reality, Inc.”, also received a 2005 Academy Award for Technical Achievement for the use of this 3D technology in Lord of the Rings, Polar Express and King Kong films, just to name a few.
