Tri KASS Interiors, Inc. Completes work on San Diego County Animal Shelter

Tri KASS Interiors, Inc. (TKI, Inc.) revealed it had completed a contract with the San Diego County Animal Shelter under its former name of Triantafyllos Design Group. As a consultant with The SGS Group of Los Angeles, the work was done on the main facility used by San Diego County to house and maintain lost pets. The project started with a test fit design to see if the management of the shelter would accept the drawing concept put forward by TKI, Inc. principal interior designer Peter Triantafyllos. Once the concept was accepted, more detailed space planning drawings were made and accepted.

Included in this project was the specification of approximately 50 workstations. Mr. Triantafyllos specified Knoll Morrison furniture for the workstations and for the 10 private offices in the animal shelter. Mr. Triantafyllos' management style and the philosophy of TKI, Inc., are to bring the best solution to their clients at the cheapest price. TKI, Inc. has an established relationship with many furniture manufacturers and is able to provide its clients the most affordable customized services at discounted prices unable to be matched by competitors. As such, Triantafyllos was able to achieve a superior design at the best price along with his SGS partners, and brought in the project at $10,000 below the bid proposal. This savings delighted the San Diego County Animal Shelter management and the county was able to purchase planning and furnishings for an additional two secretarial/administrative work stations and two more private offices.
