WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED & CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR ROMEOVILLE COMMERCIAL PARK, LLC’S PROJECT

Romeoville, Illinois – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Chicago office is proud to announce that design is completed and construction has begun for Romeoville Commercial Park, LLC’s industrial warehouse and office building project located at the intersection of Anderson Drive and Montrose Drive in Romeoville, Illinois. Ware Malcomb is providing architectural design services for this project, which includes three industrial warehouse and office flex buildings. Buildings 1 and 2 are each approximately 26,800 square feet, and Building 3 is approximately 37,800 square feet. These precast concrete buildings each have a 20 foot interior clear ceiling height and are devisable by 3,000 square foot units. The general contractor for this project is RDS Construction of Tinley Park, Illinois.

Construction of Building 3 is expected to be complete by July 2007.
