(BIRMINGHAM/SAVANNAH) Luanne Anderson of Melaver, Inc. has earned the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design 2.2 accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council, making her a LEED Accredited Professional. LEED AP's have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices, principles and familiarity with LEED requirements, resources, and processes.

Anderson is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant in the Melaver Birmingham office. She assists in project management, construction build-out, and daily operations. She has a solid background in team building, technical writing, and as a real estate analyst for a well known drug store chain.

Anderson is a graduate of Wesleyan College with a B.A. in International Business Relations.

Melaver, Inc. is a third-generation, family-owned business devoted to sustainable property development based in Savannah, Georgia. Melaver currently owns and manages property in Atlanta, Savannah, Augusta, Huntsville, and Birmingham including the World Business Center in Homewood.

They opened a Birmingham office in May, 2007, and are located at One Federal Place in downtown Birmingham.
