Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty announces today the launch of CBHBMobile.com, an innovative tool to allow consumers to search homes for sale in the local multiple listing service from their web-enabled mobile phone. Consumers can search for property, get directions or maps, find an Agent, or view Open Houses - all from the convenience of their web-enabled PDA, cell phone, or other hand held device.

“Consumers today have embraced technology and are able to use it in ways that keep them informed and connected 24/7. Our goal is to provide home buyers real estate information when and where they want it,” says Leslee MacKenzie, President/Owner of Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty. “CBHBmobile.com allows the buyer to find the right home and the right agent at the time that is right for them.”

Inquiries from an Internet request are routed through Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman’s lead management solution – a software-based system that captures Internet leads from homebuyers and sellers then converts the inquiry into voice calls to an Agents cell phone. “Over 80% of buyers begin their search on-line first, making it imperative that our home sellers not only have maximum exposure but that we are managing the property inquiries effectively,” MacKenzie states.

Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty is locally owned and operated participating in 20% of the home sales throughout northern Vermont. There are 17 Coldwell Banker offices statewide with nearly 200 sales associates to serve local market areas.
