Foxland, the newest neighborhood at historic Fairvue Plantation, opens this Saturday and Sunday with 78 scenic home sites. At the same time, the new Foxland golf course officially opens, adding another 18 spectacular holes to nationally acclaimed Fairvue Plantation. Fairvue Plantation, on “Nashville’s North Shore,” offers “the Southeast’s finest lakefront and golf course homes and home sites,” says Chris Wicke, Developer of Fairvue Plantation.

Sites in the new Foxland neighborhood begin at $170,000 on the golf course, and $400,000 on the lakeshore. Homes begin at $600,000 course-side and $1,000,000 on the lake. During the June 9 and 10 opening, final pre-opening purchase terms will be available to qualified buyers.

Located on the shores of Old Hickory Lake, just 25 miles from downtown Nashville, Fairvue Plantation has a rich history dating to the 1830s. Its grounds have been the setting for racehorse breeding, fox hunts and International Steeplechase events.

In 2004, Fairvue Plantation became the centerpiece of “Nashville’s most successful real estate development,” according to Wicke, with “more than $300 million worth of homes and home sites purchased in three years.”

Fairvue Plantation offers two immaculately conditioned courses designed by Bill Bergen, two clubhouses with pro shops and club storage facilities, practice facilities and fine lakeside dining. The Club is also home to the Johnny Warren Golf Academy, named for and led by the former Tennessee Golf Association Teacher of the Year.
