Lancaster, PA - GetMyHomesValue.com, a Lancaster, PA-based provider of real estate leads and services for real estate professionals, takes issue with Realty Times columnist Jennifer Allan’s “Real Estate Is Not A Numbers Game” article in this week’s podcast with co-founders Rory Wilfong, Steve Young and Dave Conklin.

”I don’t understand how anyone can say it’s not a numbers game.” says co-founder Rory Wilfong. “I’m really surprised that someone in the industry would write this. You simply cannot achieve a high level of success without meeting a LOT of people and maintaining contact with them”
Co-founder Steve Young agrees. “When you get your real estate license, you are basically the owner of your own business,” he says. “It’s a sales position. If you don’t sell, you don’t make money. The key is to focus on helping people, then the sales will happen. I don’t understand someone discouraging prospecting, because that’s the core of how you meet new people who will do business with you down the line.”
“It’s almost like a prospector in the old days saying ‘I’m not going to start digging for gold here until I know for sure that I will find gold,’” says co-founder Dave Conklin, “The idea that someone thinks real estate is NOT a numbers game just blows my mind.”
The 30-minute podcast is available through GetMyHomesValue.com's corporate website http://www.getmyhomesvalue.com/pro.
