NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF INSURANCE LITIGATION MANAGEMENT (NAILM) NAMES QUINTIN L KING PRESIDENT/CEO

At its annual meeting in Las Vegas, the NAILM named Quintin L King, a Chicago based Litigation Management Consultant and lobbyist, to a three year term as President of the Four Thousand Strong Insurance Litigation Professional Association.

“King brings to the table all the necessary qualities to lead the association toward further growth” Stanley Feinman, chairman of the NAILM board of Directors, stated. “NAILM is an Association, that is focused on insurance, litigation management, and King has had a sterling career in all three”. King, who has been serving as interim president since the resignation of Bart Adelman, four months ago, “once worked for the Alliance of American Insurance, has a legal background and has worked at the highest level of Insurance Litigation Management” Feinman said.

“In the three or so short months he has served as interim President, King has developed and acted on an aggressive agenda of educational programs, Technology improvements, and growing the Association”, Said Feinman. King has been largely responsible for the NAILM Tech initiatives this year which includes convening the Chicago Tech Summit in May, the establishment of the Litigation Management Technology Advisory committee and the upcoming online seminar, In Defense of Technology. Additionally, King and Taylor Smith of Tymetrix wrote and will soon publish a well received litigation management article.

King has also designed and implemented an aggressive schedule of online seminars and case law summaries.

When asked about the NAILM’s future, King stated he wanted to see the organization double in size, establish a DC lobbying presence, raise its visibility and increase its relationship with other Trade and Professional Associations during his term.

King is a 1986 Graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the Senior Partner of lord+king/Associates, a Chicago based professional services firm engaged in government, corporate and regulatory affairs. King will continue in an advisory role to the firm during his term as NAILM president.
