MF Live Help gives you Instant Help and Support

Visitors at MortgageFit Community can now directly discuss their loan related queries and issues with the Customer Care team. The MF Live Help will make it possible in a few minutes’ time. It will also help visitors get instant answers to their queries on the services offered by MortgageFit.

The Live Help service is basically a one-to-one interaction between the visitor and an MF Customer Care representative, where the former can get his query answered then and there itself. Moreover, visitors can get professional help from lenders, brokers and industry experts through Live Help. It is a quick service introduced by the community in order to help people in a better way.

The Live Help will be operational both offline and online. One does not have to register with MortgageFit or appear online to access the live help. Says Brian, the Marketing Manager at MF, "The live help system is very spontaneous and the faster we provide our services the better for the community". According to Sam, the Admin at MF, "We want to ensure that our visitors get the right help at the right time. Though we have a vibrant forum where the community actively takes part, yet we want our visitors to get maximum help in the minimum time and that’s what a Live Help is all about".

The Live help service is simple and easy to use. One needs to click on the Live Help icon at the bottom of any page in mortgagefit.com and then have a direct talk with the customer care representative. In case, none from the customer care team is online, the visitor can submit his query. As soon as a representative is online, he will be able to view the query and reply back. And, the visitor will receive a notification that his query has been answered. He can then view the reply from the Live Help by logging in with his email address.
