SEBC Seminar to Help Real-Estate Professionals Brand And Successfully Market Communities, Resorts and New Homes

As part of the ongoing educational program presented by the Florida Home Builders Association and Southeast Building Conference (SEBC), a free seminar will be offered on Friday, July 13, 2007 from 3 – 5 p.m. for industry professionals seeking to enhance sales success in today’s market.

Successful Real Estate Branding from Conception to Market will review the four major topics that make up the essentials of a successful real estate marketing campaign – the key elements of marketing analysis; the steps to creating a successful brand campaign; how to effectively use models and sales centers to portray the brand; and implementing a sales coaching program to support the brand promise. This two-hour seminar will explain how these elements work together to effectively promote, and ultimately sell, new homes and communities on the market with time for questions and dialogue with panelists following the session.

The seminar will be presented by an experienced panel of experts in real estate marketing and moderated by Ed Bondi.

Tim Hamby ~ president of Renaissance Creative, an 11-year old Jacksonville-based real estate marketing, public relations and brand development firm whose problem-solving methodology has worked for hundreds of clients across the Southeast and beyond. Along with co-founder Matthew Britt, the Jacksonville, Fla. based firm with a strong track record of successfully marketing of residential communities, resorts and commercial projects. The award winning Jacksonville, Fla. -based firm has won numerous accolades throughout the country for their innovative work, thoughtful attention to detail and strong eye for a fresh, invigorating approach for developers and builders. For more than 25+ years, her objective has been to create interior environments that are aesthetically satisfying and
function in the merchandising and design of model show homes, hospitality, and retirement and resort communities. Williams has won national acclaim for her work in the building industry and was inducted into the Florida Housing Hall of Fame in 2003.

Dr. David Parker ~ president of Parker Associates, holds a master’s degree in urban planning from Michigan State University and a doctoral degree from the State University of New York at
Albany. For more than 40+ years, Parker has been responsible for a wide range of management, development and marketing innovations in the real estate industry as corporate executive, planner, teacher, and consultant. He is also the author of four widely read reference texts:
Marketing New Homes and Selling New Homes (NAHB, 1989), and Marketing New Homes, Second Edition (NAHB, 1999).

Bondi is co-creative director and partner at Renaissance Creative. He brings a comprehensive real estate marketing background including brand development and design and also heads Renaissance Creative’s award-winning sales center and environmental graphic design services.

During his 35+-year career, Bondi’s expertise has spanned multiple disciplines including: work as an architect urban designer and advertising design.
