Bourbon Road returns to the Orange Street Fair.

Southland blues band Bourbon Road will perform live at the Orange International Street Fair in Orange, California on Saturday, September 1, 2007 from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm on the main stage.

"We’re excited to be back at the Orange Street Fair," says Eddie "Blue Note" Taska (guitarist for Bourbon Road) "we had such a great time the past two years, and we’re looking forward to an even better show this year!"

About Bourbon Road
Formed in 1997 in Yorba Linda, California under the original name The Barnburners Blues Band, Bourbon Road has performed in major venues across Southern California including The Coach House (San Juan Capistrano), The Galaxy Theater (Costa Mesa), B.B. King’s (Universal City), and many more. Known for their high-energy performances, the band has performed on the same bill with many Blues artists including
Greg Serrato, Finis Tasby, Robben Ford, Teresa Russell & Cocobilli, BB Chung King & The Buddha Heads, etc . The band has performed in music festivals throughout Southern California, everywhere from Solvang to San Diego. You can find Bourbon Road recordings on radio stations throughout the United States, as well as in Europe and Latin
America. The band recently finalized a c.d. of original music entitled "My Lonely Heart".
On New Year's Eve 2006, Bourbon Road (under the name The Barnburners) performed at the first annual OC New Year's Eve Celebration, sharing the stage with artists Sugar Ray, Lit, Joan Jett and The Blackhearts, and the Psychedelic Furs, among many others.

The Orange International Street Fair is held by a not-for-profit organization each Labor Day weekend at the Plaza Square in Orange. A tradition since 1910, the event is a celebration of the diversity that has made Orange the community it is today. This annual
event draws more than 400,000 visitors per year. This will be Bourbon Road's third year performing at the fair.
