The firm’s San Diego office is proud to announce that design is completed and construction has begun for Ruffin Road Business Plaza, located at 5055 Ruffin Road in San Diego, California. Breshears & Ghianni Builders Corp. of Poway, California is the developer of the project.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural design services for this 46,000 square foot, two-story speculative office building, including a central core with elevator, lobby and central staircase. An exterior courtyard/plaza area with water feature completes the office environment.
