Overseas-Property.ie has launched after completing its phase of alpha testing. Overseas-Property.ie have developed an internet portal for the overseas property investor built around the latest Web 2.0 technologies.

In response to the need for more accurate international real estate information, better access to overseas property listings and related financial data, Internet start-up company Overseas-Property.ie, has announced it has successfully launched its flagship alpha site. Instead of more traditional real estate online advertising services Overseas-Property.ie has taken a different tack by relying heavily on customer interaction. Managing Director Leo Fogarty explains more “We researched a lot of sites and asked potential investors what they wanted from an overseas property site. The general consensus was that most sites are just basically brochure sites. They didn't allow for interaction from the investor and developer/agent. If a potential question was not answered by the existing content on the site, there was no easy way for them to obtain this information. We wanted to offer the investor a tool that would put them in touch with other investors and developers/agents. Everything about our site was designed for interaction, from our commenting system which is available on all articles and videos, to our forums where investors can post questions and receive answers.� .

Leveraging this interaction with accurate market information, buyers, mortgages and tax guides, Overseas-Property.ie has built a free portal for investors around this data that is consumer-oriented. Investors and others can create free accounts to better understand capital appreciation and wealth creation through their investment property.

Overseas-Property.ie is a 'next generation' online real estate site. Combining Web 2.0 technologies such as Youtube.com ,Google Maps, Podcasts, real estate and social media, investors now have a site they can use to find all their information requirements.
