Stanley Sniff to be honored at the 2007 Masters Hall of Fame for his outstanding achievements

Costa Mesa, CA July 9, 2007- It is the Masters Hall of Fame distinct honor and pleasure to announce that Stanley Sniff has been nominated by Masters Hall of Fame Board Member Robert Posslenzny for induction into the 2007 Masters Hall of Fame.

Stanley Sniff announced that he will attend this prestigious event and accept his award for induction at the 7th Annual Masters Hall of Fame Awards event, being held at the Hilton Hotel and Resort in Costa Mesa California on Saturday August 11th, 2007.

Stanley Sniff was selected by the Masters Hall of Fame Board Member Robert Posslenzny for his continued Leadership and Devotion to the Martial Arts Community, and his ability to use the lessons for the Martial Arts in all aspects of his life.

Stanley started training in the martial arts in 1964 studying under Hidetaka Nishiyama Sensei, and while an undergraduate at University California San Diego and Black Belt in JKA Shodokan Karate, Stanley served as the team captain in 1971 of the 3-member team that won all Southern California honors in intercollegiate competition in that martial art and then went on to capture the U.S. Collegiate Championships for University California San Diego in Baltimore, Maryland.
As the Assistant Sheriff-Riverside County and an Army Colonel Stanley Sniff has spent a life time mentoring, coaching and leading today's warriors. The leadership lessons Stanley gained from his martial arts training has shaped his life, and continues to be a guiding factor.

The Masters Hall of Fame mission is to Recognize Excellence in the Martial Arts, Sensei Stanley Sniff is an outstanding example of the outstanding leadership in today's Warrior Community.
