“Zoomin Groomin” Mobile Pet Spa Now Catering to Pet Owners in Essex County

Alex Alexopuolos, Zoomin Groomin Mobile Pet Spa’s newest franchisee, will cater to clients and their pets throughout the North Shore area. A native and resident of Salem, Mass., Alexopuolos is an entrepreneur and he owns and manages real estate located in Peabody. A member of Local 22 in Boston, Alexopuolos has been working in construction since 2001 on state jobs, including the Big Dig. In addition, he is a volunteer for Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization.

Alexopuolos has always enjoyed pets and currently has two dogs, Zoe a six year-old English Bulldog and Mia, a one year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix, who are like children to him. It has been his lifelong desire to open his own pet business.

According to Alexopuolos, “This business is a blessing and a dream come true. I have a lot of compassion for pets and I truly enjoy working with and caring for them. Around this area, I’m already known as ‘dog man’.”

He continued, “Many pets are afraid of the grooming process. By making pets as comfortable as possible, grooming becomes a very positive and fun experience for them. Their happiness is very important to me.”
