(Washington, DC) – Cupid will take one of his arrows and shoot you full of passion, sending you off on a new adventure in l'amour at this summer’s Second Annual Capital Fringe Festival. '69 Ways to Fall in LOVE' explores the beauty of many types of love through music, dance, words and film at the Warehouse Main Stage Theater, 1017-21 7th Street, NW, Washington, DC, on July 22, 24, 25 and 29. Sit back, relax and indulge in the sublime ecstasy of Dionysian bliss. Be embraced by the musical soundscape composed by the Basso Moderno Duo and lighting design by Ms. Levia Lew. This lush atmosphere frames dance by 'love your mother PERFORMANCE PROJECTS,' film by Heather Levy, acting by Frank Britton and prose by Jack Ryan as Cupid. Cupid tells the story of not one way, but '69 Ways to Fall in LOVE'.

'69 Ways to Fall in LOVE' is an accessible production. This 45-minute performance art piece is rated G. All spoken parts are captioned and/or written for clarity.

The Basso Moderno Duo has commissioned over 100 lyrical works for solo bass and piano by some of the world's most prominent and exciting living composers from 35 countries and all 7 continents. The Basso Moderno Duo collaborates with several professional dance companies in Washington, DC, including Bosma Dance, Nicole Phillips, and Ronnie Cavalluzzi & The Patricia M. Sitar Center. Future engagements include a performance on the 2007 Steinway Concert Series at the Smithsonian American Art Museum and the Basically Modern Contemporary Arts Festival 2007 in Rehoboth Beach, DE.
