(NASHVILLE, TN) Wildcatter Records announces the release of Here We Go Again by the legendary Red Steagall.

Steagall is joined by some of Country music's hottest stars on newly recorded duet versions of his classic hits. Guest stars include: Toby Keith ("Lone Star Beer and Bob Wills Music"); Reba McEntire ("Here We Go Again"); Charley Pride ("Party Dolls and Wine"); Ray Benson ("Bob's Got a Swing Band in Heaven"); Neal McCoy ("Early Mornin' Kind of Love"); Larry Gatlin ("No Way, No How"); and Charlie Daniels ("Truck Drivin' Man"). The album also includes Steagall standards like "Freckles Brown" and "Somewhere My Love."

"We did this record because people were saying, 'Where can we get those old records that you used to cut, that we love to dance to in the parking lot or in the garage or down by the river?'" Steagall explains. "So I went back and picked songs that I knew people still danced to and that we still get requests for. It is sort of a rebirth of my career back yonder."

In a career that spans five decades, Steagall has been a consistent hit-maker as a recording artist, and as the writer of many classic songs including "Here We Go Again," which has been recorded by Nancy Sinatra, George Strait, and most recently by Ray Charles and Norah Jones. Steagall is also credited for discovering Reba McEntire. In 1974, he brought her to Nashville to record demos that led to her first recording contact.
