St. Louis, Missouri…Stratus Building Solutions, a St. Louis-based franchisor of retail-commercial-industrial building cleaning service franchises, has opened a new Master Franchise Executive Training Center at its St. Louis headquarters to train executives preparing to open Stratus Master Franchise operations in cities across the U.S.
