With the world as his playground and his online Quarterdeck located at www.PiratesBuriedTreasures.com, Captain Blue Eye has been designing treasure hunts with a unique twist. There are treasures to plunder with each hunt!

Captain Blue Eye began designing treasure hunts back in 2001. The painful and expensive experience associated with a two year divorce left him with nothing more than his creativity and love for his children. With the harsh reality of his marriage dissolved and a need for cheap entertainment, The Captain began designing treasure hunts for his two young children. With his daughter at the tender age of five and son barely past two, they enjoyed exploring their new world from the tallest tree down to the smallest leaf.

The first year of treasure hunting was rather simple. Weekends alone were spent hiding toys & gifts in local parks. Alternating weekends together were spent exploring the parks and searching for "pirate treasure". Hollow trees and sandboxes were the usual treasure trove locations, until The Captain decided to make things a little more difficult. One can often here The Captain stating "Entertainment is fun, but entertainment with education is priceless".

Small clues were written on pieces of paper and given to his growing children to solve. One of the first being "walk 20 steps past the swing set". Having the need to read clues urged his children to learn how to read. "They wanted to learn so they could find treasure" said Captain Blue Eye with a grin.

As time passed by and his children grew, they wanted their friends to be involved in their treasure hunts. When the parents of less familiar friends and eventually strangers started contacting him regarding his treasure hunts, he decided things were getting a little too expensive to continue. He enjoyed designing treasure hunts and he wanted to share his priceless experiences with other families so he spent over two years creating a theme, storyline and associated web site so anyone can "search for pirate's buried treasures"!

Today, Pirate's Buried Treasures is still virtually unknown to the general public, but word is quickly spreading. Captain Blue Eye's has pirates searching for treasures in over 20 states and his treasures have gone from small toys and trinkets to electronic game systems, jewelry, pirate gold & cash!

He has hidden web pages which are "online taverns and caves" and he has even designed his own series of 3D realms. Unlike most current 3D games available today, Captain Blue Eye's 3D Realms don't involve bloodthirsty combat with grotesque villains. The objective within his 3D Realms is to explore the realms for hidden clues, coordinates and treasures. The treasures found in the 3D realms come with claim codes, which may be claimed through The Captain's web site. As you build your wealth in your online account, you may spend your wealth to purchase "personal effects", treasure hunting supplies or even cash out for real U.S. Dollars!

Funded by the sale of trading cards, 3D games and other associated "pirate gear", The Captain has been able to share his adventures and treasures with pirates of all ages. With his youngest known pirate seaworthy at the age of four and his oldest salt at 62, Captain Blue Eye's adventures seem to have the crew required for a very long voyage.
