Lancaster, CA – A day-long grand opening & car sale extravaganza will provide local Lancaster & Palmdale residents the opportunity to acquire quality cars & trucks and assist a vital community service Saturday, July 21, 2007 from 12pm to 6pm.

Autosimple, an 11 year car buying service, delayed up until now its’ long-anticipated grand opening to showcase not only its’ premier location, at 1017 West Avenue K, to the Antelope Valley community but to introduce their unique “Keep It Simple” pricing to anyone who wants a no-hassle car buying experience.

“It is important that our neighbors in Lancaster & Palmdale understand that not only do we keep the car buying experience simple and stand behind every vehicle we sell, but we are also committed to help our friends at S.A.R.S.”, general manager Randy Manko said.

Autosimple has planned an all day charitable event that will include a live remote broadcast by High Desert Broadcasting station KCEL (106.9 Radio Lazer), a live band “Funk Etc”, a D.J., food donated by Chronic Taco and a variety of local businesses such as Powder & Sun and Lucas Insurance who have teamed up with Autosimple to provide many prizes which will be raffled off.

Additionally, there will be a jumper (provided by Bounce-A-Mania) for the children present as well as a dunk tank where anyone can volunteer to be dunked.

“Man, we could not believe the outpouring of support we’ve received once we explained to our sponsors what we wanted to do”, said marketing director Anthony Whyms.

“Randy & his wife Kim have wanted to raise awareness of the serious problem of sexual abuse in our community for quite awhile and for this reason feel that for each car or truck sold from July 21st to July 31, 2007, they will donate a portion of the proceeds to S.A.R.S.”, Whyms said.

S.A.R.S., which stands for Sexual Assault Response Service “is a hospital-based program designed to meet the individual needs of sexual assault survivors and their families”, according to Antelope Valley Hospital’s booklet for “Survivors of Sexual Assault”.

“Meeting with Sandy Darrington, director of SARS, earlier this year has been enlightening and we are pleased to help out”, Mr. Manko remarked.

“It is my hope people will come out, have fun and buy the car or truck they want to help this fine organization”, Manko concluded.

There will be special promotion pricing to anyone who comes between 9 am and 11:59 am.

Autosimple’s grand opening is titled “El Festivale Grande” and is scheduled to run from 12 noon to 6pm or until the last person leaves.
