REP Commercial Represents Duratech Industries in Riverside, CA for 4,960 SF in Industrial Lease Transaction

The property is located at 12155 Magnolia Avenue.

According to John Moss, “This will be Duratech’s new corporate office. The company has relocated their headquarters from Orange to Riverside.”

The tenant, which distributes electronic chemicals for the circuit board and metal finish industries, is expected to open in early June 2005.
