Exclusive new Perry Homes designs, buyer incentives available in Lakeshore

Perry Homes in Section 5 and 7 of Lakeshore offers one-and two-story homes ranging from 1,200 to 3,100 square feet, including three new floorplans built only in Lakeshore. And, for a limited time, Perry offers a $10,000 buyer bonus or a special mortgage incentive on all sales in these sections.

Oversized corner and cul-de sac homesites are available in the new section 7. Built on 55-foot wide homesites, homes in this section feature brick elevations and are priced from the $150,000s. Less than a dozen homes and homesites remain in Section 5. Built on 45-foot homesite, homes in this section are priced from the $130,000s.

For a limited time qualified homebuyers who finance their homes with Crestmark Mortgage in Sections 5 and 7 may be eligible to take advantage of a “Buyer’s Bonus Mortgage Program,” allowing Perry Homes to pay the principal and interest payments for up to the first six months of the loan term. Or, homebuyers may choose a $10,000 buyer bonus that can be used to reduce the price of the home.

Located on the west shores of Lake Houston, the 440-acre community of Lakeshore offers access to U.S. 59, Beltway 8 and FM 1960.

Two new floorplans, designed exclusively for Perry Homes in Lakeshore, are under construction in Section 7.

Plan 2124W at 12914 Leafy Shores Drive is a one-story design with four bedrooms and two baths in 2,124 square feet. The plan opens with an extended entry with recessed can lighting and leads to a living room highlighted by a wall of windows. The living room flows into the kitchen, morning area and formal dining room, and 10-foot ceilings are showcased throughout.

Also under construction in Section 7 is Plan 1916W. On a corner homesite at 12918 Leafy Shores Drive, this one-story design has three bedrooms and two baths in 1,916 square feet. The master bedroom boasts a bay window offering space for a sitting area. The adjoining living and dining rooms are open to the kitchen and provide more than 600 square feet of living space.

A new two-story plan is also available to build in Section 7. Plan 2876W has four bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. All bedrooms in this plan are located on the second floor.

Lakeshore is in proximity to downtown Houston, Bush Intercontinental Airport, the Texas Medical Center, Kingwood College and the Galleria.

Kroger and H-E-B grocery stores are located nearby at FM 1960 and West Lake Houston Parkway.

Lakeshore is also near Redstone Golf Club, home of the Shell Houston Open.

Community amenities include a 3,800-square foot recreation center with a club house, kitchen, game room, television room, children’s corner and exercise room with fitness equipment.

Additional amenities include an interactive pool area, a Jr. Olympic-size pool, a playground, two lighted tennis courts, several mini parks and a covered pavilion with picnic tables. A water inlet off Lake Houston and an adjacent walking trail meander throughout the community.
