Situated at the signalized intersection of Central Avenue and L Street, Lompoc Corners is a 96,648-square-foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by Wal-Mart (not a part of the sale), Foods Co. (Kroger), Kragen Auto, Hollywood Video, Rent-A-Center, Dollar Tree, Wells Fargo Bank, Payless Shoes, Quiznos, Curves and Sally Beauty. The property was 100% occupied at the close of escrow. Built in 2000, Lompoc Corners is situated on 9.04 acres and is located within Santa Barbara County.

The buyer was a private partnership from Los Angeles, Calif. The seller was Bascal Properties-II, a Delaware limited liability company based in Los Angeles, Calif.
