August 03, 2007 (Singapore) - Medical Aesthetic clinic Simply Aesthetic has relocated to UE Square Shopping Mall. With a clinic license issued by Singapore’s Ministry of Health, the clinic brings the latest in non-surgical aesthetic procedures to the River Valley- Mohamed Sultan-Clark Quay neighborhood.

Medical Director Dr Christine Cheng cites the reason behind the move out of Orchard Road as customer convenience. “Our original Faber House location was difficult to find despite its central Orchard Road location. Parking was inconvenient as public parking within Faber House was not available during office hours. The lack of central air conditioning outside office hours also made it difficult for us to extend our operating hours to cater to the working crowd.”

“UE Shopping Mall suits our purpose perfectly. Easy basement parking with direct lift access, proximity to Orchard Road and the Central Business District, plus the flexibility of shopping mall hours, at a relatively quiet mall, ensures convenience without sacrificing privacy”

Simply Aesthetic is fast developing a reputation for effective mesotherapy for targeted fat destruction, cellulite reduction and treatment of acne scarring with microneedle therapy. It was the first medical clinic to introduce the Diamond Contours Biomesosculpture therapy to Singapore in January 2007.

Simply Aesthetic is led by Dr Christine Cheng, a Consultant Anaesthetist in private practice. She is assisted by Aesthetic Therapists Mery Tandra and Ivy Lee. Together, the team aims to combine the effectiveness of modern Aesthetic Medicine with the pampering normally found in spas. The clinic has been renovated with this purpose in mind. A quick flick of the light switch converts harsh bright light (ideal for clinical assessment and treatment) to muted down-lights (perfect for relaxing before facing the world again).

The clinic will soon be unveiling their new Anthelia Efficient Pulsed Light system. Equipped with the latest in French technology, this IPL system is unique with holding the world patent for treating non-melanin containing blond and white hairs. Traditionally, hair reduction with IPL relies on the melanin in the hair bulb absorbing the emitted energy. Hence the difficulty in eliminating blond and white hairs with laser and light technology.

The Simply Aesthetic team will be unveiling the new premises at the clinic’s Launch Party on 3rd August 2007. This occasion is of special significance, as it also marks the clinic’s first birthday.
