Model Expo producer shoots himself. Many shots were fired but only one made its mark.

Said but true, after receiving an invitation to be one of the judges of the Galaxy International Pageantry, it was all that James Bryant of the Midwest Models Expo could do but pick it up, aim at his head and press the button. The light flashed and the 50th self-portrait was done. “ Now I know why I shoot photos of other people” exclaimed James as he reviewed the last picture he snapped of himself. It was requested that he write a small biography and submit a photo to go along with the photo to be used for the Galaxy pageant administrators.

The Galaxy Pageantry, running from Tuesday, June14 with the final selection of winners on Saturday, June 18th in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We spoke with Lori Sikorszky Ph.D., the pageant founder and administrator, ensures that there will be a grand turn out for this monumental event. “ I’ve been very busy,” announces Mrs. Sikorszky when questioned about the proceeding of the Galaxy Pageant. All the crowns wait to be placed upon the head of the one who will be named Miss Galaxy.

Models from all over the country will attend, many to compete in the selection process and some will be selected to move on to the final stages of selection. But like any dream, in the end, there will be only one winner of each category. How will win the crown for Mrs. Galaxy, Ms. Galaxy, or Miss Galaxy. Only the final tally of ballots will determine

Contestants will be judged on 6 different criteria; Photogenic, interview, swimsuit, evening gown, fashion sense, and a bonus round of on-stage interviews to earn up to 10 extra points to spring one competitor into the lead and on to raining stardom knows and the Galaxy Queen.
