ePR service success for Beyond PR

Sheffield Public Relations agency Beyond PR is already seeing early successes from an ePR service it launched less than a week ago. The ePR service, aimed at raising the profile of your business on the web and generating new business online, has already had some amazing results in less than seven days since it was launched.

BeyondPR managing director, Jon Gardner, explains: “In the first week since launching the ePR service, we have had a client report that they have had new business enquiries from France and India that can be directly tracked back to our service. With both enquiries potentially worth several thousands of pounds, it’s only a matter of time before the PR campaign has more than paid for itself. Furthermore, the links will remain embedded on the internet for some time, making it more likely that prospects will find the company’s products in the future.

”We ourselves have had our first sales lead from the USA this week on the back of a press release for another client that featured on numerous global news portals.

”Only yesterday, we received a call from a journalist wanting further information on a story so she could write up an article in a traditional trade magazine for a leisure industry client – her interest in the story originated from an online news portal. Hence, we see the convergence of traditional and electronic media really working well for clients, and it’s only a matter of time before more companies are investing equally as heavily in online PR alongside traditional methods.

”Traditional PR is by no means dead. The fact that one of our clients recently secured a six figure international contract - as a direct result of some highly targeted international trade press PR- tells you all you need to know about conventional PR. The smart organisations however are now investing in 360 degree campaigns where an online presence complements traditional media, and vice-versa.”

Over a period of months, BeyondPR can improve your Google ratings and help people find your products and services through the unsponsored links on the left hand side of Google.

”Some businesses spend a fortune on pay-per-click advertising. Even if it works in getting you up the rankings and generating leads, people always know that they are being sold something. This has always been the difference with PR; it has more credibility because it is being reported by trusted third party sources,” adds Jon Gardner, founder and managing director of BeyondPR.

Beyond PR, operating as a PR agency in Sheffield since 2002, has a range of consumer and B2B clients and offers both traditional and electronic PR and marcomms services. For further information on BeyondPR, visit www.beyondpr.co.uk
