WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED FOR WACHOVIA SECURITIES TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

The firm’s San Diego office is proud to announce that design is completed for the Wachovia Securities tenant improvement, located at 888 Prospect Street in La Jolla, California. Ware Malcomb is providing interior design services for this 12,000 square foot office suite located within an existing three-story office building. The tenant improvement includes a general upgrade to the overall space including renovation of the main lobby, new furniture installation and the addition of glass enclosed private offices. New stone tile flooring and high-end wood millwork will also serve to revamp the suite. Construction is estimated to begin in September of this year and be completed by January of 2008.
