The New Kings of Saïdia

The Spanish-based real estate agent Moroccan Sands this week announced that it has launched a service to sell properties throughout the entire Moroccan resort of Mediterranean Saidia.

While the resort’s sweepingly universal appeals have already attracted a flock of the shrewdest overseas property buyers and investors, Moroccan Sands’ new service makes them the first real estate agent able to show their clients properties from all seven developers responsible for constructing the ‘King’s Resort’.

An opulent new-generation leisure and residential resort in the mould of Southern Spain’s La Manga, Mediterranean Saïdia will boast eleven luxury hotels, an 840-berth marina, three 18-hole golf courses, warm blue waters and soft, white beaches, along with the unique financial and legal guarantees that come with the personal involvement of the King of Morocco.

Joe Gregory, Moroccan Sands’ man on the ground, says, “It’s fantastic that Moroccan Sands is launching this new service – Mediterranean Saïdia is a wonderful destination with so much on offer and only our clients have the widest possible choice.”

A good thing too; while the Moroccan resort is fit for royalty, you don’t need a king’s ransom to invest at Mediterranean Saïdia. Frontline golf apartments start from just £56,000 (around €78,000) with Moroccan Sands.
