Sandy, UT – August 17, 2007 – During the months of August and September, Rocky Mountain Mattress™ customers are being offered significantly reduced pricing on the Sensus® and Aerus® memory foam toppers by Foamex®. In fact, prices have been reduced up to 17% on RMM's top two selling memory foams. These discounts are being offered in conjunction with Foamex® as a promotional offer.

RMM executive Mat Siltala says, "This promotion comes at a great time of year for college students. With the return of another fall semester, this also means saying hello to that not so comfortable dorm room bed. The good news is that any bed can be converted into a pressure-relieving memory foam mattress with a Sensus® memory foam mattress topper." Memory foam allows individual's to experience first-hand the revolutionary material made popular by NASA engineering. Foamex claims that the Sensus® topper is unique in its fluidity, "and is more sensitive to temperature changes on the mattress, making it one of the most responsive memory foams available." The general idea being that the "memory" of the Sensus® toppers should last much longer than other similar products. Mat Siltala says the Sensus® “takes up to four times as long to return to its shape after compression." That means you'll get superior support and pressure reduction to sensitive pressure points like your head, shoulders, hips, and heels.

It is summer time and with the higher temperatures many people are sleeping hot, this can be especially true on lower quality memory foams, which tend to trap body heat, making them uncomfortably warm to sleep on. David Mink, the RMM sales manager, specifically recommends the Aerus® for its "state-of-the-art open-cell material, that allows air to flow through the material far more freely than it can through other memory foams—up to eight times more freely. That moving air carries away excess heat and moisture, making Aerus® an exceptionally comfortable sleep surface for hot sleepers."

With memory foam increasingly gaining in both popularity and cost, the RMM reduction in price is welcomed news.
