Resvest Funding Attends Commercial Lending Seminar Sponsored by Silver Hill Financial

Vancouver, Washington – Licensed mortgage broker, Steve Burchett from Resvest Funding LLC (www.resvest.com), attended a commercial lending seminar sponsored by Silver Hill Financial, LLC in Portland, Oregon. The seminar provided information about the small-balance commercial market for mortgage loans from $100,000 to $1.5 million. Through Silver Hill’s program, brokers are able to offer streamlined commercial mortgages as an alternative to bank financing, opening up more opportunities for commercial investors.

“We are committed to providing a broad portfolio of loan programs to our investors,” Steve Burchett emphasizes. “The Silver Hill programs contain aggressive LTVs on owner-occupied properties (up to 97% LTV) combined with common-sense underwriting. With many lenders, if the property does not provide excess cash flow, the borrower cannot obtain financing, or is required to provide a very large down payment. Silver Hill considers the credit history, commercial property experience, and liquidity position of the borrower when formulating an underwriting decision. With a comprehensive risk approach to each loan, these programs are a great full-doc alternative to traditional bank financing,” he further explains.
