Raleigh Public Relations Society Announces August Luncheon

RALEIGH, N.C. (August 23, 2007) – The Tuesday, August 28 lunch meeting of the Raleigh Public Relations Society (RPRS) will feature presentations from the top winners of the 2007 Sir Walter Raleigh Awards for Excellence in Communication. Representatives from Capstrat, Pines of Carolina Girl Scout Council, French/West/Vaughan, The Catevo Group and Kelly MarCom will discuss their “best in division” award-winning projects, and share ideas and inspiration with participating public relations and communications professionals.

The meeting will take place from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bogart’s in downtown Raleigh. Public relations professionals are welcome to attend. Participants must RSVP via e-mail to Kelly Hubbard, hospitality chair at kelly@largemouthpr.com by Friday, August 24. Reservations are needed to ensure that adequate seating is available. Cost to attend is $12 for members and $20 for guests and is payable at the door. The cost includes lunch and the speaker.
